Change Marijuana from a Schedule One Drug to a Schedule Three drug . Do proper testing to reveal truth about Marijuana

Need true fact(s) about Marijuana , Need to end this failed war on Drugs . Or at least this war on Marijuana . Need to approach this from a national level . Instead of dealing with this state to state . & coming up with many different laws depending on the state(s) . & those laws conflicting with national laws . The facts from the proper testing will tell us where to go from there . But we need to change the false scheduling of marijuana . Not only is it keeping it away from people who could use it recreational in a responsibly way . But it is keeping it away from ill people who need it medically if not to cure , at least to make them feel better while they are ill .
