Change Medicaid and Medicare to be based on the person, not their entire family's income.

I make less than $6,000 a year and I still live at home. I can't afford health insurance, and I need medicaid for low income adults. HOWEVER, because I still live at home, my parents income make it so that I can NOT qualify for it. I feel that others are at this disadvantage too. EVERYBODY SHOULD BE ENTITLED TO AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE!!!!
