Change Medicare Cards from "Entitled" to "Eligible"

Please change the words on Medicare ID cards to "eligible for" instead of "entitled to" benefits. Medicare is not an entitlement, therefore ID cards as well as consumer and provider websites used to verify eligibility should reflect that.
