Change Medicare Cards from "Entitled" to "Eligible"

Please change the words on Medicare cards to "eligible" from "entitled" on both Medicare insurance ID cards as well as consumer and medical provider websites where eligibility is verified. Medicare is an earned benefit, not an entitlement and official Medicare communication should reflect that.
