Change military allowances to be based on family size, not rank/ End military poverty

Created by J.P. on April 03, 2015

The military pay system, as it stands pays soldiers the same housing allowance and dependent stipend across the board based on rank and service years. Anyone with multiple children, or paying child support, of low rank is living at or below the poverty line. They use food pantries, and food stamps just to survive.
When cheering for Defense budget cuts, know that they don't stop making ammo, or take away weapon productions (which haven't been updated since the 80's), they first and foremost cut paychecks. Personnel are downsized (meaning kicked out of their "secure" job).
Spouses who might have tried to work, are now forced to stay home because child care is unaffordable. These are just people trying to make a life for themselves and their families. They fight 4 you, now fight 4 them
