change military law about who can join and who can't; access for the deaf and hard of hearing

This is to push for a chance that a deaf or hard of hearing person can join the military. They just allows women to go to the front line and gays to join so now I want to get them to allow the deaf and hard of hearing in. If we can vote and this is our country then we should be allows to join the military and protect our country. Just because we can't hear as good as other or at all doesn't mean we don't have the abilities to accomplish the job. We don't necessary have to go in the combat. We can help with the search and rescue mission or coast guard or other job that doesn't necessary put us in the front line or combat. Beside just make some signal for the important things like when to go, where to go or stop or any other you can think of and write on paper or use the advancement of tech.
