Change military regulation in regards to military punish of Senior NCO's and Officers.

I am going to talk about what I see as a big problem that our Army leaders face today and will face in years to come, and that is the double standard when it comes to the treatment of officers vs. enlisted for violations of uniform code of military justice. For years I have seen officers and enlisted commit the same offences and yet not all were treated the same why is this? For instance, General Petraeus, committed adultery knowning in the public and what happened nothing forced to Retire. This same type of action happens to Senior non-commissioned officers as well. As a junior enlisted Soldier this type of treatment has no place in the military why are different Ranks and being treated differently. Why aren't Officers and Senior Non-Commissioned officers held to an even higher standard.
