Change the dress code to reflect us. When I see everyone in in the White House and Congress and Senate with their Sunday best on, it appears the mindset doesn't match what work they need to do for all the American people. Funny how clothes tell a simple story.
Get those sweat pants and jeans and slacks and tennis shoes and t-shirts on and reflect American people that you work for. Maybe that might help you to clear you minds and see with more truthful and humble eyes.
There is a time and place for proper attire, but we need to shock and get simple, so maybe starting with Casual Day might help to remind our government who they are really working for. Get real. Change your environment to reflect who you work for.
