change my uncle's name (my mom's eldest bro), a USAFFE from Geroche Quintin to Quintin Geroche as posted in Capas Shrine

Created by C.S. on September 30, 2011

My uncle Quintin's name was posted reversed in Capas National Shrine in Capas, Tarlac, Philippines. Instead of having Geroche as the surname and Quintin as the first name, it was interchanged. It must be Quintin Geroche not Geroche Quintin.

My uncle, a World War II U.S. Veteran, served as a USAFFE soldier. He was 24 years old when he died during World War II. He endured the death march but upon reaching O'Donnell camp, he died of dysentery as my Aunt Leonila Geroche narrated to me.

I'd been there about five (5) times to visit his grave site.

His (My uncle Quintin is my mom's eldest brother) father (or my mom's father) was also a World War I U.S. Veteran.
