Please guarantee people with preexisting conditions who have greater medical needs the same rate as people who do not have any immediate medical needs or preexisting conditions in order to assure the people of the United States who need medical care can afford to pay for their care. The prices are not affordable for people who have actual medical needs and the lower rates only apply for healthy people who do not need care as much as others. This system seems to be looking to maximize profits on the health care system instead of helping those who are really in need. Please give all people the same rates or change the name of the health care bill because the lower to middle class citizens with medical needs cannot afford the increase in rates.
