I am in all favor of changing the name of the Homeland Security Department. "Homeland Security" sounds too folksy, like something from a Mr. Rogers story... nothing close to the serious department that it is. Something that sounds more serious, like "Home Defense" or similar, would be better fitting. Serious in - folksy out.
