To change the name of the internet

Whereas, the internet is a great tool for communication and connection, but
Whereas, the internet is similarly full of idiots, numbskulls, whiners, deviants, trolls and just plain a**holes, and
Seeing as how those types are taking over the internet, see the comment section of practically any site, where even a topic like how to knit mittens devolves into an ad hominem political free for all, and,
Seeing as how it seems the largest group of internet users consists of morally stunted emotional predators, and the internet makes it so easy for these types to play several poor innocent souls simultaneously,
Let it be resolved that:
The name of the internet shall henceforth be changed to a more descriptive and accurate term, "Fuc*tardnet" in order to protect all of the poor innocents online
