Create a Civil Rights day in place of Martin Luther King, Jr Day to include all the individuals that have promoted civil rights through out history. Instead of recognizing a single individual, give others such as Rosa Parks, Susan B Anthony, Cesar Chavez, Malcolm X, and many more a chance to be recognized.
