Change the name of NASA to Starfleet

In preperation for the day when we focus our efforts on space, i say we lay the foundations for an international regulatory agency aimed at creating organization for the various companies that will eventually have business interests in the cosmos. With great thanks to the cold war (not really) we have a strong foundation already. However, i propose that we change the name of NASA to Starfleet, as a symbolic move towards a better future, much like the future first envisioned by Gene Roddenberry, who contributed more to the world of science than he would've ever admitted. With the help of all the trekkies out there who have ever dreamed of living in such a beautiful reality, i say we can take the first real step, symbolic though it may be.
