Change the name of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to the Wile E. Coyote Space Program.

Because NASA continues to use outdated and dangerous means of propulsion for space travel while electromagnetic gravitic space craft have been available for decades, we the people of the United States of America would like to change the name of NASA to the Wile E. Coyote Space Program.
