Change the name of The United States to "South Canada"

I believe that the solution to solving a majority of our problems would to join two nations together under one government. This would leave The United States of America the title of "South Canada" This would bring the problems of America to rest and would bring new minds into the government and allow Americans to adopt many Canadian policies.
