This United States of America Diversity and Inclusion initiative will impact creativity, innovation and build trust. We must remove all Jim Crowe/negative stigmas of the past that impede progress and change. Named still the "White House" does not support a recognition that this is the "People's House" today and tomorrow.
There is a discontinuity between our nation's commitment to equality and keeping this name. Like the NFL team named the "Redskins" is offensive to many Native Americans is it possible other American underrepresented groups feel the same or are offended?
Remember we did remove "colored only" "white only" water fountains & thank God for leading President Obama to launch a 2011 Diversity and Inclusion initiative in federal government.
