The White House has been called many names, it was known as the "President's Palace," the "President's House," and the "Executive Mansion." In 1901 President Theodore Roosevelt officially gave the White House its current name of "The White House. It is time the this structure should be renamed to "The Peoples House" to reflect the changing landscape and give the true meaning that this is "The Peoples House" and the leader in its most trusted seat was sent there by the people.
