Our current National Anthem is warmongering and doesn't truly speak about America, but only the people and the War of 1812. We should have a national symbol which talks about our land, and its independence, prosperity, and peace, not war, violence, and struggle. Our national anthem should be a way to channel patriotic love, not hate for Britain.
