Change the National Anthem to "Hey Ya!" by Outkast

I believe that the best of the best, and greatest piece of music known to man should be the face and representational piece of the United States of America. Our current national anthem is outdated and just not as good as other options readily available. I formerly request that upon completion of this petition, the US changes its national anthem to "Hey Ya!" by Outkast. By changing our national anthem to "Hey Ya!", we would undoubtedly show the world that we give respect and recognition to true art and excellence. Thank you, and God Bless America.
