change the National Anthem to Nicki Minaj's Anaconda

We the people of the United States, in order to create a more perfect union, would like the Obama administration to perform its duty, laid out in the campaign slogan of 2008: Change. Specifically, change the National Anthem to Nicki Minaj's Anaconda. Since 1814, the Star Spangled Banner has humiliated the United States due to its plagiarized tune from Britain. This is not what the United States represents. We represent a Union which improves upon what has been given to us. The United States, in August of 2014, built upon the foundation created by Sir Mix-a-Lot, and gave birth to Nicki Minaj's symphony, Anaconda. The United States could not ask for a better icon than a metaphorical serpent, and an independent woman of color.
