"The Star Spangled Banner" is a tired song, and we feel it no longer encapsulates the true, modern, American spirit. The theme song from "Team America: World Police" better describes our beliefs, goals, and destiny as Americans, as well as sums up our foreign policies. It even strikes fear into the hearts of America's enemies, and the tune is really catchy, much better than the old anthem. Plus the guitar riffs are wicked cool, and it would be harder for some aging pop star to butcher the whole thing before a baseball game or during the Super Bowl halftime show.
