Change the whole nations health care to Universal Health care. It's great. Keeps everyone well and healthy, regardless of financial situation. It works great for the UK and many other countries too. Article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is what all those countries go by. It's a big section of human rights that the United States is lacking and that's why our political leaders can't come up with a decent health care system.
