This is the 4-9 initiative. Everyone please join me on this idea. 4 day work weeks. 36 hour work weeks. Anything over is overtime. This will decrease stress , may increase weekend consumer spending and give families more time to enjoy life. This gets us closer to "We work to Live" and further away from "We live to work". This may be better for the environment as well. We all want it, so let's make this happen. Thanks.
