Change the New Sex Offender Registry Law, It Violates Your Civil Rights and Privacy Laws.

I am writting this because someone needs to take a stand on this issue. There are a lot of Men and Women wrongly convicted of this crime, and yes there are those Men and Women who actually did this crime against children. But, when a Judge render's his final decision it should stand and not be over stepped by a new law. Any new law that goes into effect should only apply to those who have been convicted of the Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC) after the law is in effect. Anyone prior to the new law should not be effected, and if not why do we have Judges? if all you're going to do is override them.
