Change the NHTSA Automobile importation rule from 25 years to 15 years.

This is a petition to help car enthusiasts get the automobiles that they desire without waiting a quarter of a century from their manufacture date.Currently the rule is that you must wait 25 years from the date the car was manufactured before it is legal in the US. Other countries, including Canada have a 15 year rule which allows auto enthusiasts to enjoy the car they want earlier and for a longer period of time.
