The NCLB act supports high standard goals involving individual education. In order for schools to get federal funding all students must take a basic skills assessment. We would like aide to be given to failing schools instead of aide being taken away from failing schools. This way, students will be seen as individual scholars instead of being seen as a part of a failing school.
