There are many people in jails both federal and state controlled that take up unnecessary space and budget space to be housed. Please view and sign this petition to have all existing non-violent offenders be placed into mandatory community service and all future offenders face community service as well to use their skills that at one point in time harmed their respective communities to instead devote their time and energy to rebuilding them.
