Change the number of signatures to require official response from the Obama Administration to 50,000 Signatures.

With the limit now raised to 100,000 signatures we the people are missing out on many petitions that are worth being viewed, lowering the number to 25,000 allows for many petitions that are either unnecessary, or one sided, with a 50,000 limit it will allow for serious petitions to make it through. A 50,000 limit would please both the administration of whitehouse.gov and the american public.
