Change obamacare's employer's penalty to be based on employer's profits and not based on 50 employees.

Just because a employer has over 50 fulltime employees does not mean they have profits to pay for healthcare, some are struggling to keep their doors open. Change the law so people can stay in business, and the people of the united states can keep their jobs!!
