Petition to change the observation date of Martin Luther King Jr (MLK) back 2 weeks to the first Monday in February. This would put the observation date of MLK on the Monday following the SuperBowl, which is currently one of America's the least productive days due to the SuperBowl viewers up late. This would allow for everyone to actively participate in the recognition in the civil rights leader's honorary events while increasing productivity on current observation day.
