We propose that the official motto of the United States should revert to its original form: "E pluribus unum", which means "Out of many, one".
This motto describes where our nation derives its strength from: That together, we are one people.
The current motto ("In God we trust") does not speak for all citizens, and I believe our motto should speak for all.
We hope to show that the United States of America is truly united and equal.
