Change the official name of Russia to the Soviet Reunion

We, the American people, feel that the recent actions of the Russian government change the nature of the country to the point that it requires a more accurate name. This change has many benefits. Perhaps the foremost among these is the fact we can now call the Ukrainian aggression the Eastern European Soviet Reunion tour, which is fitting because Vladimir Putin's behavior resembles that of an aging Rock Star, acting out because he is internally struggling with the fact that he is no longer relevant and people don't think he is cool anymore. On the topic, we also need a national day of appreciation that Ozzy Osbourne does not have access to a nuclear arsenal.
