To celebrate Barack Obama's stunning presidency, I propose to change the official title of the President of the United States to "Rape Ape" for the remainder of Barack Obama's term. Such a title is both dignified and fitting of Barack Obama and hows a deep concern for the due respect he warrants in the office. Honorifics such as this are earned, not given, and this title can be conferred with all standard amendments given to "President", while accurately describing Barack Obama.
