People with HIV/AIDS are forced to live under SSA rules that make it virtually impossible for them to live decently. They must accept the smallest apartments/rooms, a large portion of them are homeless because they live in cities where no affordable housing projects are being built or exist. The Section-8 program is more of a hindrance than it is a help because cities either don't have enough places for them to live or just don't want to accept any more applications for the program. The American Indians even live better than people with HIV/AIDS and it was the US Government who invented this horrific disease and unleashed it upon the general population. They should do more to accept responsibility for their actions.
