change or revoke the Deferral Action for Legal Immigrant Children who reach 21 years of age.

Created by A.T. on August 28, 2012

For many years now it's been a constant threat for law abiding and legal immigrant families that once a child - who is under 21 years old and currently supported as a dependent during visa processing that in the event they are not be processed for a permanent residency card before they turn 21 - reaches 21 years of age, they are considered "aged out" and as a direct consequence, put under removal deportation proceedings, usually on their own.
