5% for everyone working in the United States legal or not. Any company that writes paychecks has to automatically take it out and send it in. If your self-employed you are responsible for it yourself.
10% after $1,000,000
20% after $10,000,000
Only spend the previous years tax revenues on Government. Congress can decide who gets what but only from what's been collected. 25% of this income must be used every year to pay off national debt until it's gone.
