change our volunteer military to a draft system so everybody will be ready to protect themselves and others and the U.S.

1. All Americans over 18 years old should serve their country for at least one year.
2. Service should be unpaid and mandatory because it's a person's duty to their country.
3. People who have medical conditions should be placed in a safe environment while serving.
4.All individuals will have the option of serving before or after college.
5. Some members will be military and some members will be public service volunteers like federal emergency workers or disaster relief personnel and election officers.
