Change our way of voting

We, in the Western part of the United States, do not have any say so in voting for the President because by the time our votes are in, the President is already voted in. This has become very frustrating. We need to go back to the Popular vote instead of electoral, not fair to us who do not have the amount of electoral votes to effect the voting.
