I believe that the pay for Congress should be lowered to minimum wage until the deficit is fixed. As I run a company myself, if I go to far into the red, I have to not take pay or very little until I get back into the black. Money, unfortunately is a motivator. If they want their pay back, then just like my company....bust ass and make it happen.
