Change the pay rate of all U.S. legislators to the average income of all citizens in their constituents.

By changing the pay of all legislators the the mm median income of all of his/her constituents lawmakers will be more willing to pass legislation helping raise income levels and create new jobs for all americans. In turn this will help lower the demand on welfare and increase operational revenue for goverment, helping to lower the national debt, and address income inequality all without having to raise taxes.
