Change the pay rates for disabled citizens of the United States of America disability income.

This is important to disabled people for our survival. We can't pay bills and take care of our families on disability income alone. We are losing housing for our families because there's programs that we don't know about, and if we do, there are people who hold these jobs that don't want to help us. We have mental and physical disabilities and need help.
