Change the pay structure for Congress to a results oriented/metrics based pay structure based on actual results.

In a lot of private sector jobs, employees are paid based on performance and aren't guaranteed pay raises, bonuses or even keeping their jobs. Congress should be held to the same standards. Pay should be based on overall performance of the congress as well as individual metrics such as percentage of votes participated in, bills sponsored, bills passed...etc. This will not only force collaboration and compromise between parties, but will help our great nation as a whole!
