We believe that the government should look over the Pell grant program that is going to be effective to us students. They should be instead of having us current students to be effective by this change, they should change to only to new students that are entering their first time college to be having the 12 semesters for the 2012-2013 school year and for us current students to stay in our 18 semesters.
