The pension for government employees is too rich. They should have to work for 20 to 30 to earn only a portion of their earnings. The private sector formulas should be followed. This should also adjust their medical benefit to be similar. Plus they should have to contribute. This needs to be implemented immediately. It should also include everyone. No group should be grandfathered. It is a matter of leadership and economics.
