Whereas presently military pay for deployed service members can currently be reduced, even to the point of eliminating any deposit into the bank account which families depend on, the Pentagon should adopt a policy wherein no correction for over-payment shall occur until the service member has returned to his regular duty station or home port and has had opportunity to obtain necessary administrative or legal support.
