Change Police trainging to 130 weeks and more rigorous instead of 19 weeks

I believe this petition is very important because my mother was killed by an incompetent driver leading to her death the police let the person go free without any charge. They didn't even detain them to make sure nothing was in the bloodstream. Now this petition is for more than just what i went through, this is also for all the innocent lives that were lost due to cops pulling the trigger too fast. I feel that we hire cops way too fast and need a more rigorous training program with longer time of about 130 weeks to ensure we get the right cops. I myself have almost been shot by police at random over a non violent incident. We the people need to make this change with your help we can ensure we get better law enforcement!
