Change the destructive Government policies regarding industrialized hemp so that they will match what both the US Government and the US Citizenry want: green jobs, green environments and lowered gas prices.
According to an article written by David Malmo-Levine on the website cannabisculture.com, "Hemp turns out to be the most cost-efficient and valuable of all the fuel crops," and "Hemp ethanol will only cost 50 cents per gallon."
