Corruption is rampant in the housing and urban development department , it's oversized I mandated with criminals gangs and cartels in the management of funding , complexes and property managers .the violations are immense civil liberties and civil right are ignored and government contracted agencies that should minimize the strain on the the government in investigating complaints frequently aide and abet these unscrupulous individuals in their activities. Resulting in retaliation like impure water, illegal entries causing damage to the unit or house ,changing the locks then blaming the tenant resulting in false or framed evictions and in the case of some immigrants forced removal of their belongings or forcing them to leave by rape , forced prostitution drugging poisoning
