With the media having such a heavy influence over people who can not or do not know how to decipher fact from fiction. We propose that news reporters only be allowed to report on topics that they have creditable evidence of and that to protect the freedom of speech they must state what is their opinions and not use opinions as factual context for their reports. The News media groups are the cause of many petitions, protests, and racism which also provokes hate crimes such as CNN Van Johnson using terms as a "whitelash against a black president" and promoting hate in the news reporting's. He is not the only reporter to use these tactics.
